NETWORK(NMCI?) PROBLEMS WITH SITE

Hello All,
We are hearing some scuttlebutt from the East Coast saying that there is some difficulty seeing the site right now. I am trying to determine if it is a network problem, or if the site is getting flagged and we need to be proactive about it. Any feedback on the subject would be appreciated, so that I can know the areas it is coming from.
