I found this in the TM for the HHMWV B Kit, I'm pretty sure this is what you are looking for.

If you can't get one in a timely manner, I have made one with 3 ft of 14 gauge wire (zip wire that is duplexed) a SPST ON/OFF toggle switch, with the switch turned to the OFF position just connect the two previously "Tined" wire to pin A and F if the TCM J2 cannon plug and read codes as described in the TM. If not so inclined to make one you can take a short jumper wire in the same cavities as above.
