Spring and Shocks

Has any one run into a HMWV that has the front suspension lean to one side and sits low.? I have a M1152 that has this issue. We have replaced the front springs and shocks and it still has the problem but not as bad. It still sits lower that all the others. any ideas?

Have to replace front and back at once....back could cause it to push one side more than the other

Thanks we are going to try that to see if it helps. Parts are on order.
