Solargizer Kit - NIIN 6130-01-392-8347

I am trying to find the MI # for installing a Solagizer kit onto the HMMWVs (mostly Comm trucks). It has been removed from PLMS and LOGCOM's records and I don't have a hard copy anymore. So before I install these kits (got a bunch from the Army here on my base). I want to get the MI instructions.

If no one has the MI, what is the correct procedures to get this authorized?

Ok, thru some more research and even emailing Logway and Pulse-Tech (which neither has anything). The installation instructions is not a MI, so I stand corrected on that, but a TI. Below is what I have found, does anyone have this electronic or even a hard copy I can get? This is used for authorization for all HMMWVs. I was able to get a few kits from free issue, but they came with the generic instructions. Any help would be great!
