Page 10-1 is where you see the MORs.

Thanks, Yeah I knew it was there I was just hoping that someone had examples as far as verbage. But another question I have is can you do a blanket MOR or does it have to be specific to a particular section i.e an MOR for tools, pms GCSS etc. or one MOR for all subjects? if that makes sense

It depends, I would say yes if it included all serial numbers it applied to within a particular subject, but i wouldnt do one for all subjects.
